Adventurewood, owned by Connie and Jim Dickman, is a luxury cabin on seven acres featuring all wood floors and ceilings, with stone-tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom. It is decorated with “bear decor,” wildlife, and trees.

First Weekend in June
The Annual Log Cabin and Country Home Tour, sponsored by the Brown County Chapter of Psi Iota Xi Sorority, and the Quilt Show, sponsored by the Brown County Historical Society will be held the first weekend in June. The Quilt Show takes place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, June 1–3, and the Log Cabin Tour is Saturday June 2, and Sunday, June 3.
Five log cabins are featured on this self-guided tour through the hills of scenic Brown County.
Potter Judy Prichard’s home is on the tour this year. Judy and her husband have a collection of Brown County art. During the tour, some of the artists are going to be on hand to discuss their work. Artists include: Larry Spears, Amanda Mathis, Jackie Phillips, Tom Tedrowe, Bill Swigert, Greg Schatz, and Sandy Hazelbaker. Weaver Chris Gustin is bringing her loom to demonstrate her craft.
The tour takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days.
Proceeds from the tour support speech and hearing, art, literacy, music projects, and college scholarships.
Tickets are $15, tickets for children under 12 years of age are $7, and children under 2 years of age are free. Partial tour tickets can also be purchased. Tour headquarters is in Nashville at the Gazebo on the Village Green, one block west of the courthouse stoplight. Tickets may be purchased on days of the tour at the Gazebo.

The Brown County Historical Society Annual Quilt Show will be held the same weekend at the historical society building located at 1934 State Route 135 North, one mile north of downtown Nashville.
The Quilt Show with over 100 antique and contemporary quilts will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, June 1 and 2 and from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday June 3.
A hand-quilted, hand-embroidered queen-size quilt will be raffled. Chances are $1 each or six for $5 and will be available at the show. Winners do not need to be present at the drawing on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
Homemade pies will be available at the Lunch Café. Musicians will perform during the show.
